I have found after trying many things that Senocalm works for me.
What is senocalm? Where do you get it from?
Is that OTC, like Imodium?
It’s simethicone with peppermint oil. You take two capsules after meals then three at bedtime, I just take them when I need which is less often now.
You can buy them in most supermarkets and chemists, they are quite expensive but I think they are worth it if they work for you. They come in packs of 20 or 40, Boots chemist sell the packs of 40 which work out cheaper.

Sorry that should have been NOT like Imodium. They don’t treat diarrhoea or constipation just gas and bloating.
