3 - You cannot cure PPP they will either fade in size naturally or you may have them for life.
1 - Check whether this is actually a hair underneath the initial layers of skin, or whether it is actually ONLY on the upper most layer of skin, or sitting on top of the skin? How long has it been there … ?
2 - So you are suggesting your foreskin may retract better or okay when it is not erect … ? If the problem only exists when you are erect you may have a slightly tight foreskin.
What you need to be careful of is whether this has just developed, or has this been like this from your teenage years onwards … ?
