Whats these lumps?

Just wondering if anyone had a clue what these lumps under my tongue are?

I did some googling and it came up with the usual mouth cancer, tongue cancer, also Salivary gland disorders, I’m hoping its nothing too serious.

BTW I know I have a rotten tooth have to make dentist appointment just worried about what he/she will say I haven’t been to the dentist in years as I hate going to dentists or doctors.

Looks like a build-up of saliva caused by saliva stones.
Do the lumps change size during the day? For example mine used to swell up when I smelled savoury food like salt & vinegar crisps, ie anything that would make my mouth water.
