i noticed a red line lesion on my penis raphe a day after rough unprotected sex. It doesnt burn or hurt. I can stretch it looks inflammed. Tried scrubbing it and only got more red. What is it?
I suggest you get checked at an STI / sexual health clinic if this does not return to how it was before within the next 6 or 7 days
Certainly scrubbing at it will not have helped
