I would ring your gps surjury see if you can speak to a dr tell them how your feeling and any concerns you have. I cant take tablets as allergic to opoids if you have any over the counter meds you could try taking them see if they give you any relief. warm bath or shower may helpwith the aches. also wheat bags if you have any, and water bottles. if it has no cover on it always put a towel around it so as not to burn yourself. I would see a gp today or speak to one over the phone today. rest if possible with son with you on sofa watching children television. gentle hug take care.
I go through the same and similar.. every flare can either mimic another or change slightly. I have terrible dizziness with mine some times and not easy when getting out of bed trying to rush to do or get somewhere!! I have fallen or knocked into things. It's like being 'punch drunk'. I have dull to thumping and most times painfull aching anywhere or at anytime. Head to toe and it can hit any any fashion, There is no rhyme or reason as to the pathways it takes through your body... Try to rest, try to destress somehow. You maybe going through a flareup.. Blood Pressure you stated above is normal really... and NOT always does someones BP change dramatically even in pain.. proven fact. Not to say it doesn't however, just not always.
