Im guessing it’s some form of hypospadias right? Because my urethra is coming out of the midsection underneath my head, but why dors it look all mangled with patches of skins in certain places. I can also pull these skin patches up and there’s like a crevice to the right of my urethra where I can kind spread of put a finger in if it didn’t hurt. No idea where or how far it does lol.
THe front looks normal as can be but the otherwise not so much. I always thought penises should be nice dome shaped but mine has like a straight edge from the side view. Never really asked my parents about it and a little self conscious to be honest. It this normal? I’ve seen porn online and most men seem to have smoothed out heads. I’m still able to pee and ejaculate in one straight line.

Hi, I have checked out your images online, and I can only say your penis looks totally weird. You may have some kind of congenital condition, or may have been purely caused by the way in which you were circumcised.

It is obviously the underside of the head of your penis that is malformed, particularly, where you can reveal the loose skin, and, as you say, you can even insert a finger.
There are 2 approaches to this, if there is no problem, why do anything? If something could occur in the future, best to get it sorted now! Depending whether you have access to medical care, I would get a Urologist to check this for you to give a specialist opinion. In many countries you can access free sexual health services, go along to one of these and ask for a referral to a urologist, or if one is on hand, they may see you straight away!
If you have a doctor you go to regularly, simply ask for a Urology referral, if you are in the UK, the Doc will need to check you out, and then do the referral. If nothing else, it would be best to put your mind at ease, so you know exactly where you stand with the health of your penis now, and, potentially, in the future .....
Hello, yes this is hypospadias. The reason why it looks mangled is because you were circumcised- you have adhesions all around your glans, bridges and what looks like a failed hypospadias fixation. That sucks really because if they had waited to circumcise you then they could use the foreskin to make it where you urinate like normal men. I'm guessing you live in the United States? I'm a urologist so ask any questions that you may have.
