I've recently got these spots and a small lump come up downstairs (see pictures) theyre not sore but they annoy me and I keep worrying I have herpes or some kind of STD. The spots and the lump wont pop as i've tried squeezing them.
Also, at the top of my vagina I keep getting this sore spot like I cant spread the skin area as it feels like the skins going to break? (this has been going on and off for a while).

That does look like a razor burn. try to compress it with warm water or try hydrocortisone cream. Hope it helps
looks like ingrown hairs and razor burn. Otherwise looks perfect and healthy
