Hi I have had anxiety since childhood. I have learned a lot over the years.
When Anxiety comes, it’s important to be in control of your breathing.
You can Listen to short breathing meditations on you tube that really help you get in control . Many to choose from.
One is called Mindfulness breathing Guided meditation 10 minutes.
There are many for anxiety also.
Try not to overreact to anxiety because that will make it worse,.
Anxiety can’t hurt you or any of its symptoms.
Think of what is causing your anxiety.
It can be very helpful to talk to a counselor. It can be difficult to go through this alone.
Stay away from caffeine, alcohol, sugar.
Get regular exercise to release good hormones from the brain that are natural feel good hormones.
Remember to laugh daily and do things that relax you!
Sometimes I had to ride out the anxiety.
If you are having a particularly bad episode of anxiety. Go to you tube and search for Panic Attack Emergency and they guide you through it.
It helps me to stay busy.

I overcame anxiety attacks by letting it. Be let the anxiety wash all over you and eventually it will go away little by little keep doing this and no more panic attacks I haven’t have one in a year and 7 months believe I did that accept the anxiety when you do that it destroy the anxiety
Take time out, Breathing is a massive thing as it makes you calm quickly, concentrating on deep breaths in through your nose and put through your mind.
