Im on 50 mg of Sertraline 3 months this week and can feel myself slipping aswell as heightened side effects. When do i know its time to increase to 75?
I ‘m not sure if you have to increase, some people stay on 50 I suppose it’s down circumstances.

You need to consult your GP.
My doctor said 50mg is generally considered to be the maintenance dose after you've felt better for quite a while. It may be that what you have are not side effects but the reason why you're taking sertraline in the first place, ie depression or anxiety.
Sounds to me you should probably increase your dosage with advice from your GP.
I was feeling the same way. It’s been 2 months and I started feeling the anxiety again. So today I took about 60mg didn’t want to take the full 75 yet. I’m very sensitive to meds and have to go slow.
I’m hoping this works cause I’m tired of it all!
