I had cataract surgery in both eyes. Now when I cry it feels like someone is sticking pins in my eyes. It happens in both eyes equally. I can't open them for a while. I have to lie down with a cold compress on them until they feel better. Has anybody else have this happen to them. Thanks!

Have you tried artificial tears like Systane? It may be experiencing dry eye. Was your surgery not that long ago? If yes it could be your eyes are still healing.
