Your doctor may offer you something like “Amitriptyline” which is a common anti-depressant used for some types of unexplained pain. Look at it as a short term remedy to shake your system up a bit. Many years ago I had a terrible episode of Psychosomatic pain and asked the doctor for Amitriptyline which pulled me round.

You need to make an appointment asap with your doctor or ring 111 if you have coeliac disease. Is there a possibility you could have had some gluten since you had your symptoms? Think about everything you have eaten, drunk or even taken as a tablet.
