iv been on it now for 16 days, with very little side effects. hopefully i wont have any now. x

Hi Julie  when I started 9 weeks ago I wasnt sure how side effects would affecct me so I decided to take at night   (havnt been sleeping well for a long time)  Have had no problems with taking at night  in fact  havnt slept better in ages   It does say you can take thes tablets anytime   I even know of people who take half in morning and half in evening  its whatever suits you. Good luck with them and if you need any moral support  just log onto site   support here is fab

hi kathy thanks for reply never thought of that im going to try that half in morning at half at night..do u find they help u sleep by taking them at night x

They certainly seem to    Have had no problem sleeping since I have been taking them   this could be in part due to the fact that they have kicked in and am not feeling anxious anymore   also when I went to bed I couldnt switch off  but I dont seem to have that problem anymore   How long have you been taking them and what strength are you on

thats great news! ive been on them for 4/5 weeks i tapered over . i do feel better for taking sertraline , what time do u take it at night x

im on 50mg

Usually between 10-11 just before I go to bed really

thanks kathy.. have u had a drink while on sertraline? i havent yet just wondered what would happen if i had a drink and took one at night x

Yes  I had a glass of wine  but it gave me an upset stomach    not sure if it was the drink though   Ask your doc if its ok    Im not much of a drnker  so it doesnt bother me not to drink

no me neither, thank you kathy xx
