Just starting and has anyone had better luck taking a pill before, during or after a meal? Any other important tips?
I usually take the pill a few minutes before a meal, or, if I’m cooking, I’ll do it when I know I’m a few minutes away from ready to eat.
One important thing about the timing, though, is to consider what other meds you take. My pharmacist told me that I need to leave 4 hours between this and my thyroid meds. Lucky for me, I’m up very early with my sick cat, so if I’m up at 4:a.m., I’m eating breakfast about 8 a.m.
i take mine just before i eat but i have had times where i’ve taken the pill during a meal and there has been no difference
