    I am from Canada as well. Do you have a prolapse bladder or have you ever had surgery for prolapse.

Yes, I did have a prolapsed bladder that progressed over 5 years, this the surgery 4 weeks ago today!

I live in the US in Indiana. This was the only informative sight I could find. I have surgery Friday (in 2 days) for rectocele and prolapse.

Hi Barb

I'm in the Limousin, France although I'm originally from the UK.  This is the best site I've found for information about what to expect after the op.  Wish I'd have found it sooner, but it was only when I was laid up about 4 weeks after my op that I signed up for the site.  Lots of useful tips and advice, so keep up the good work girls.  Gill

I live in Dublin Ireland and found this site extremely helpful following Laprascopic Hysterectomy and Rectocele Repair. The Hystersisters site is American and I also found that very supportive and helpful. Best Wishes.
