Just got my prescription for Clob cream. Dr. Told me to put it around my
vulva area and around my anus . Should I also be putting it on the inside of my labia as well? This is going to sound stupid but is the vulva area the outside of the labia? Thank you for any help on this. Such a lovely disease.
Only apply where you can see the White patches. If it feels itchy in a certain spot put there. Do not use in the vagina. Use sparingly where needed only. Get a mirror and check. I have LS around the anus and along the area around the clitoris. I start there and stop at opening. Then I put it along the sides of the anus but not on the actual anus. I only put it where it is needed.
Yes, like Kathleen said, only put there where the skin is affected. And only a thin layer is best. Not inside vagina, or inside anus.

You need to be putting it where you can clearly see problem areas. I had to put some on both sides of my labia minora, which were completely white, and unfortunately it was the inside, not the outside area, which is an area you really don't want to be putting the cream if you can help it, but I had no choice and fortunately it cleared up within the week. Always use a small mirror..best of luck.
