Ive just started and am on day 3. I understand that I need to keep to low fat 5g per 100 but on a label is this the main fat or saturated that I use?
Any advise would be great thanks

I'm new to this and am on day 4. My understanding is you look at the fat. Saturated fat is a percentage of the ttotal fat. Someone correct me if I'm wrong though.
I've lost 5lb so far. How are you doing?

Ive not weighed yet so dont know yet I have an under active thyroid and cfs so not expecting anything quick lolol. I thought it was the saturated fatvi needed to look at
