i've got anxiety and intrusive thoughts due to having stop zopiclone 12 months ago . Been trying citalopram and sertraline for 5 mmonths and they have made me feel 10 times worse so had to stop them. So wary taking any more anti depressants anyone found anything else that helps, have taken diazapam as one off when husband seriously ill which worked well. Seeing osychiatrist so wondering what to ask him to prescribe.
