I never wash my head of the penis and I started today and I saw these thick substances and just my penis hurts whenever I touch the head of the penis with my finger and it is a bit purple on the bottom so can anyone explain what is this and how can I cure it or something becaouse I would love to stop being in pain whenever I touch the head of my penis.It smells too.
Does that wash off? If not, I’d advise you to see a doctor immediately.
