Hi, I'm 16 years old and I've got this white bump on the frenulum of my penis. It doesn't hurt, It isn't irritating or anything but I'm too shy to tell anyone about it. I'm still a virgin so its not an STI.
It looks like this image but is a lot smaller, mine is about 5mm in diameter. (it's some weird white puss ball looking thing)

Please don't let shyness get in the way of having medical help for this. It may be OK to leave it, but that looks like a very unusual growth to me, and so if yours is similar, unless it goes away on its own, a future partner might be worried for you, or even be put off having sex with you if it stays there. Also, it might catch on your partner's body inside, and you might literally have blood on your hands!
You should be able to make your own appointment with a doctor or sexual health clinic without having to tell your family if you don't want them to know. However, I'm sure no parent would not want to help you out, if only you can summon up the courage to tell them you have this problem. If not your parent or carer, how about someone you can trust at school, like a teacher or school nurse?
Dont be shy mate doctors see all shapes and sizes but seriously get it checked out by a doctor asap hope all goes well.
