Can anyone help me diagnose this under my foreskin? please see pictures attached.
I am worried it is an STI, Cancer or wart of some sort.
The blemish gives zero irritation.
Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Carl it looks like lichen sclerosus you should visit your GP for a proper diagnosis and a referral to a urologist or dermatologist. It’s important to have it seen to before it spreads any more.
