White bump bottom of Vaginal opening

ive had this white bump on near the bottom of my vaginal opening, it came up about 3 weeks ago. is this an STI or genital wart?

About 3 weeks ago, before that I though i had a yeast infection due to itchiness.

Please do not ignore this see your doctor soon this has grown big in 3 weeks it is nothing to be ignored.

itchiness could be due to mainly 3 reasons, but itchiness will always accompany with redness due chemicals released by cells.

i had been with some patients, with similar observations. and they tested negative.

so if you have any symptoms, get it evaluated with physical examination with any general practitioner nearby. otherwise u can ignore it for next 3 months
