It’s probably a small sebaceous (oil gland) cyst and not a wart or any other STD. If it’s not hurting/bleeding/enlarging/affecting your sex life etc. I’d leave it alone.
Yes it’s probably that because I haven’t had any sexual contact. Will it go away though? Thank you!
