White bump on the base of penis. Need Help

I have middle sized white bump on the base of my penis. It is not itchy or painful. I’m just worried that is it STI? I just did some research looks like it is ingrown hair. But I’m not sure about that. I post the picture here. If someone has idea please tell.

P.S: Last time I had sex was about 6 months ago with protection.

i would advice you to go for gonorrhoea, syphilis,chlamadyma and trichonomiasis test…just find some courage and visit a laboratory
