hi, i just decided to check myself randomly and noticed these near my vaginal hole. they dont feel itchy, irritated, or painful but them being so many and close together seems worrying. i had sexual intercourse 3 days ago. could i have contracted something or do they just look like fordyce spots? pls help, thank you
