I’ve had strange little white bumps on my labia minora for about a year now going all the way up to my clitoris. I don’t know what it could be and any help would be appreciated.

I think you are talking about Fordyce spots which everyone has. As long as they dont itch,arent sore,and dont give you any trouble then you are fine.
