please can someone let me know if i have something to worry about. these are on my vagina. I am not sure if they have always been there but have just noticed them and am very worried. they are not sore and only look really obvious when i stretch the skin. I have had dischargealot sincehaving a baby and worried.

These are fordyce spots, nothing to worry about.
do you think so? if they were anything other would it be obvious them? I am worried about STD such as herpes

I agree with Diego; they are just collections of prominent sebaceous (grease) glands. When you stretch the skin (as I think you’re doing), they appear very conspicuous but they are just a normal part of your skin.
Definitely NOT herpes, which tends to cause painful genital ulceration. These are just prominent lumps of skin.
