Hello, ive had these bumps on the head of my Penis for a while and they first started as lines (similar to scarring). I just thought this was me masturbating and caused friction as the original bumps were on my shaft first. If someone could let me know what they think it is. They are not fluid filled, however the shaft bumps did turn flaky. I am 24 and sexually actuve. If anyone could help that would be hugelly appreciated.
Any advice would be great, no symptoms at all

Hi sorry I didn’t see this I’m not really sure your photo isn’t that clear. There are several different conditions it could be. you can have sebaceous glands like fordyce spots on the glans sometimes, could be fungal also and you are sexually active with one partner? I think you are circumcised?
So I think you should have it checked with your doctor as it is concerning you and you may need treatment.
