I've had these bumps on my penis for about 2-3 months now. They dont hurt or itch just look worrysome. They have a white dome spot at the top of it while it is sort of red underneath touching my penis. I have not had sex in about 6 months but was sexually active prior using condoms most of the time. Anyone have any idea what they are?
