white bumps on vagina help

please help! i am a virgin and have never been touched down there. i have had these white dots for as long as i remember and i dont know what they are. are they normal???

Looks like it could be fordyce spots/sebaceous glands they are oil glands. Completely normal during puberty. how old are you?
