White bumps/spots under glans

I have noticed couple of white bumps, sometimes it is a bit itchy and that's how I saw them. When I pee, it hurts a little bit but not every time. I tried cream for thrush but it didn't work. Any ideas? :(

those look like tyson glands they are normal

if it hurts to pee u should have a dip test done on ur urine u may have a uti

Thanks probably that's the one. But why is it itchy?
