so I never really look at myself down there but I did today and noticed this, it doesnt hurt or itch, barely raised unless I pull the skin tight and scratch with my nail. No problems except for the way it looks which makes me self concious. Should I see a doctor?

yes just fordyce, all normal and harmless
Most likely just fordyce spots. I was worried when I saw I had them too but its actually very common! But with anything, if you have genuine concerns or worrisome symptoms, you can always call or visit a gyno for more info.
