Hi everyone.
I've already made a discussion regarding the burning sensation in the back of my throat, but i have more weird symptoms now. So besides the burning sensation (which has now improved thanks to everyone who replied to me and gave wonderful advice 
) i also feel like something is scratching and tickling the left side of my throat. I feel like it's going from the left side of the inside of my mouth to my ear and down my throat. I've also noticed that my tongue is covered in white coat and i've discovered some small lumps at the very back of my tongue. Sometimes my gums hurt and feel inflamed, but it goes away soon. I experience a bit of tongue pain here and there.
Could this be acid reflux induced? Also, i'm having a cold right now, so could it be that instead? I'm having a hard time distinguishing reflux symptoms from my cold as they both cause a sore and itchy (not sure about this though???) throat.
Any help is much appreciated!
I do have acid reflux but never experience that. Maybe you should visit the doctor because it might be an infection.

Could be.... it has subsided significantly now so i'll wait a bit more to see if it goes away on its own completely. I hope it does
So i thought. I was just scared of it being something else/more serious. I mean, I've head GERD for only almost 10 months and it hasn't been THAT bad all the time, so i guess it couldn't cause anything more serious yet. Right...?
I would Kent gave thought so but if your concerned at any point go and see your doctor but I've had that white tongue and bumps on back of tongue Witch are in fact swollen taste buds irritated from acid

I have similar symptoms,swollen taste buds extreme back of the tongue and sore throat for one year now .What was your diagnosis ?
One more irritating symptom flurry white tongue
Acid reflux I'm on PPI medication for it. Sometimes it's ok then I get a flakes up and it's there for some time
Do you have white tongue and sore throat?
I do wake up sometimes with a rough feeling of acid in the back of my mouth. Thanks so much for replying, you made me feel at ease. And don't worry about spelling, it's okay xx
How do you feel now I finished antibiotics course but it didn’t help me .I have still white tongue and bumps on throat and tongue

I feel better. Now only the back of my tongue is white-ish and the little bumps at the end of my tongue is still there 
What did you take antibiotics for?
I don’t have a diagnosis, I’m so sorry 
I haven’t been to the doctor’s about this issue because I think it’s because of the acid going into my mouth. Do you follow a certain diet for GERD?
