Sore to the touch white cysts on outside crease of labia. Maybe a fissure (red, blood) right along crease? No fever. No pain during urination. Practices safe sex (condoms). Have not had sex or been intimate with anyone since before 16 days ago. Seeing doctor tomorrow, but panicking until then. Thoughts?!

I hope you get some relief from visiting your doctor. To me it looks similar to HSV-1, but it could be as simple as an acne breakout on the “lady bits” or a yeast infection.
