White deposit on glans

Hello,

I’ve got a white deposit on my glans.

I am uncircumcised but I must to keep my foreskin pulling back : if I do not do that, then the white deposit spreads on my glans.

I have seen one doctor and one urologist. Both did not now what it was.

I wash my penis every day with water and soap. I do not have sexual relationships now but that appears after one I think. I have no STD.

What could it be ? What do you think I could do ?

looks like smegma
wash beneath your foreskin every time you bath
but only use warm water, no soap

To me it looks like smegma.It is a cheesy stuff. Or you may have a yeast infection. Try to keep it clean. Warm water only no soap.

I’ve already tried with only warm water, nothing have changed.

I have tried an antifungal cream, the problem did not changed.

Should I use something else ?

Hi doses the whiteness wash off when you have cleaned the area ?
If not then it could be lichen sclerosus or BXO if so you need to see a dermatologist or a doctor that knows about this condition.
