What age are you? Have you been sexually active recently and not used protection?
With the photos you have posted, the light level in 1 is good but it is not close enough to see what it is you have going on, in photos 2 & 3 the light is not bright enough.
Try taking photos in bright daylight and slightly closer so that the detail can be easily seen
Im 25 years old and diabetic. I had oral sex, no penetrative. I got the cause of pain. there is some cuts near frenulum. (also one near tip of foreskin). I’m attaching the pic. Kindly tell me if it is anything dangerous
With the cuts you have in the skin there is something causing distress to your skin.
When did you have oral sex?
What do you wash your penis with?
Before I used to use soap. Now I am using Dove.
My last sex was 2 days before, on 25th.
Earlier, before 25th, I had like Tyson glands on both sides of frenulum. I didn’t retract during the last oral sex. However, my friend had bitten passionately (from over the fore skin, un-retracted).
Now, the Tyson glands are gone but there are these cuts. It pains now during retracting and after retracting also. It, of course, is not paining by itself when it is not retracted, unless touched.
There is also such cut at the tip of foreskin, on the below surface (touching glans, not outside surface).
I sometimes don’t wear underwear. Occasionally, keep touching the penis. Does that cause distress?
Tyson’s Glands cannot disappear they are permanent! I think you have too much going on to puzzle out what is causing what and it would be best for you to get examined at a sexual health service.
Here is what you need to know and do: -
.
thanx for the reply.
that is, if there is no further irritation taking place — should I stop retracting while cleaning? when I’m retracting, it pains and I feel as if the cuts are opening up.
Do I need to stop masturbation also?
I’m afraid it might end up in phimosis if I don’t retract for long time.
Yes, stop masturbating until the skin is COMPLETELY HEALED
Hygiene is a fundamental you must continue - yes it may be painful, and yes you will need to be extremely careful - but hygiene is something that MUST be maintained.
When you have washed you need to really carefully pat it COMPLETELY dry with a clean dry towel that ONLY you use.
I would suggest you wash and dry carefully twice a day - morning and night
thanx.
I will stop masturbating and all kinds of sexual contact.
My doubt is: If I retract (to clean), does it not open the cuts everyday? does it not affect whatever little healing that has happened in a day?
This is why you need to be extremely careful - yes you need to prevent further damage, but also to maintain hygiene
So when you wash or shower obviously do not pressurise the area, showering and exposing the area once a day would be good - then dry around the area first, then use the slightest of touch with a clean towel on the area using brief dabbing movements.
You will develop an understanding of how much pressure is safe to apply - do not try to do all this in a rushed manner, you need to take your time, be careful, but diligent at the same time
