Not an expert - shaft looks like forcyde spots and is quite common. I have these too.

Photo of glans isn’t very clear seems like camera flash is reflecting. It looks kind of dry and sore, my assumption would be balanitis. Just let your doctor have a look and he will probably prescribe something.

Yes, camera flash is reflecting. but there are white little dots on my glans.
