I was told i had perly penile papules, and i bought myself medicine called tea tree oil to remove them and so on, so while i was putting it on my penis, i have spoted white dots which looks similar to PPP but i think its something else. I would really like to know what it is.
You should see your GP for his/her advice. Who told you you had PPP?

PPPs are on the rim of the glans, not the bottom. Those sorta look like fortycide spots, which are normal. I'm more concerned w the red cracked line. BTW, tea tree oil will not get rid of those BTW...
Those arw not what you posted before, which what you posted before, absolutely is PPP.
Google image fordyce spots on penis & you'll see you are freaking over nothing. I'm starting to think you have anxiety. BTW.. Tea tree oil will burn your skin... I used it once and accidentally spilled it on my whooha and it burned me and left a crack
Kemyt is right about PPPs. They only appear on the rim of the glans penis (the head). The good news is that they are absolutely nothing to worry about as they pose no health risks and will not cause any pain or irritation.
Likewise, Fordyce spots on the shaft of the penis are sebaceous glands which are in 'the wrong place' in addition to hair follicles where they exist naturally. They are harmless and of cosmetic concern only. I have no idea if they can be surgically removed, but why bother? They could even be a fun talking point with a future sexual partner of yours!

Yes kemyt, we all have these.... I have them on my vagina and you can see them when the skin is pulled tight . look at annuncooked chicken or turkey, they have the same things on their skin. I think thinner skin is like that. We even have them on our lips if you stretch and look in the mirror.. They're really tiny though.
Ye i was using PPP on it and i kinda got it off alittle bit.

Just go to the dermatologist to have them removed.
And if your partnrlera are freaked out, go get a full std panel and shoe the papers you are clean. End of story.
Feelbroken, because you're female I have to say how impressed I am that you know so much about male genitalia and its isues/problems. Females are no less prone of course, particularly with UTIs.
