Its has been abt 8 months that I have noticed a small white dot(size of tip of straw) on my chest(Extreme left),two on my left legs and ver very small dots everywhere.I am a 28yrs old Indian brown man.Really scared is it fungal or anything else?I too observed few brown spots on my skin.
It sounds like tinea versicolor. Check with your doctor for anti-fungal medication, and from what I know, it's a harmless skin condition.

I am too much scared after this.I too have noticed very very light pale spots on my face(Not sure its pale or not).Plz suggest.
I would schedule and appointment with your dermatologist if you are concerned that this may be fungal. Do you also have PLC/Pleva? One thing that I've noticed with the condition is that it is typically accompanied by other skin concerns. This may be something completely harmless, but I would definitely have a dermatologist take a look at it in person and run any necessary tests to rule out whether or not it's fungal. Please keep us updated on this.
