I have these small white dots that come and go they just started to appear randomly. anyone e has any idea what they might be? I know about the Pearly penile thing I've attached and image thanks File size is too big
Hi Rex, sorry no one has got back to you on this - none of the intended photos are showing on here.
If you are attaching them from a mobile phone the image size can often be too large to enable them to go on here.
You may need to put them in a simple image App such as Preview on a Laptop or a PC - reduce the image size, and maybe safe it as a jpeg if it is not already …
