hi, im 20 years old and im getting pretty worried about these issues. white flakey spots have appeared on my penis and i dont know whats the cause. it started out with one and i figured it would just go away but it has spreaded a bit and the skin looks different than it used to look. it doesnt itch or burn or anything, nor does when i pee. its just there and spreading. i am sexually active with my girlfriend, unprotected. me and her have stopped having sex completely because of this (mu decision) and ive tried to do alot of research but just couldnt find the cause. Should i be worried? is this something i can fix at home?

Hi Nathan you need to have it checked with your doctor. It could be just a fungal infection or yeast infection you will need to have treatment
