hi guys... i have really bad health anxiety and have been doing really good until today, I bought a gallon of launders apple juice and realized nobody in my house opened it and after drinking it and it tasting weird... i looked in the gallon and saw white little floaters!! im freaking out, thinking someone poisoned it or something!!! please help me!!

no!!! i took a closer look, they are grey specks!!! looks like it could be particals of the plastic cap from opening maybe??? my stomach has been upset ever since!! im thinking of going to the er!!! please help!!
