White foresking after masturbate, currently using aldara imiquimod

Like i'm showing in this image, this is how my foreskin looks after i have sex / masturbate. Can it be a side effect of imiquimod? I am also having other effects like ulcers. I thik i will find another treatment, this one is really painful
