I'm a 30 year old guy and sexually active with my wife. This white growth has appeared on the bottom of my penis like on the line, almost feels under. Its hard and a bit sore when I touch or squeeze it. Any idea what it is?

This is certainly an unusual, and therefore an unexplained growth. If you monitor the development of this, if it does not begin to fade in the next 2 to 3 weeks I would get it checked by a medical professional, you may need to see a Dermatologist to confirm what it is.
There is a strong chance that it is not linked to your partner at all.
