I have some white hard skin under my foreskin. It’s painless and just feels almost like a scab? It doesn’t wash away.
This can be a particular form of wart (not necessarily STD related) or a skin disorder.
A Dermatologist would be the best specialist to see: if you have a large Sexual Health Center near you phone them and ask if it possible to see a Dermatologist at the Center, or otherwise simply go to your Regular / Family Doctor or GP - please do not simply leave this to develop any further as it could develop into a severe condition.
