I am worried about a whitehead on the shaft. there seems to be little ones close to the big one. it doesn't hurt ir itch at all.

your partner might get cold sores which is hsv 1 it can be passed onto the genitals via oral if its molluscum u get get that via skin to skin contact u obviously have something going on you should get tested for herpes and then take things from there
