ive had these white spots for a month or two now. they are usually more flesh coloured, but i have been using Molludab as i thought it may have been that. ive been using it for about a week now and it doesnt seem to me changing at all just making them a reddish colour when first applied.
ive compared them to other pics, they are similar to fordyce spots too but im slightly worried but just curious as i want to know what they are and how to treat

They could be molluscum, but they are more likely to be just sebaceous glands.
This is what molluscum should look like, with a small dimple in the centre:
Examine your bumps carefully and see if they have this characteristic. If you can’t be sure, I suggest you stop treating them and try to see your doctor.

when i look closely, on a few of them the head is like 4 white bits broken up which looks like a white head.
It could be molluscum in that case, but probably best to see a doctor.
