It's been slowly spreading over the last couple of months, seems to have stopped but not sure what to do now.

Tried using canesten but it doesnt seem to work

I try to be as quick as possible and to get to grips with your situation you have to do a number of things, especially to understand what it may have:

  • Go see a dermatologist
  • Run all possible tests for sexually transmitted diseases
  • Get blood work done
  • Run urinalysis and semen analysis for any infections
  • Perform a balano-preputial swab of the glans skin
  • Do a urethral swab

If everything turns out to be NEGATIVE then it could be a skin condition.
