the photo does not show what you are talking about very clearly - I can see there is something in the centre of the shaft of your penis - my suggestion is this could be a skin condition that is developing - so, it is not linked to the recent sex you had or what you did during it.
You also have a Foreskin and / or Frenulum issue that has not developed in the normal manner - this is completely unrelated to the lesion.
I would suggest you get the lesion checked out as soon as you can by a Medical Professional, you may need to see a Dermatologist and Urologist about the different issues …
