Hi it could be fungal or possible even lichen sclerosus you should have it checked with your doctor.
ivank11 i put some baby cream with zink and vitamine D and panthenol i think and one side slightly dissapear…what you think ii should be fungal more than lichen?
It would be best to have it checked with your doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment. either way they will probably start you on a antifungal treatment first and see if it improves. if it doesn’t improve then they should refer you to a dermatologist or urologist. It’s to hard to say what you have from your photo do you have any clearer ones. How long have you had it for?
