hello, context - married not cheated hope wife hasn't ...... over the past few years for-skin has become so tight it rips during sex about 2 months ago my bellend ripped. not the banjo string its on the front. it got replaced by a white scab / mark its not pickable like a scab but when wet i can feel it with my finger. It looks almost fungal, i've googled but cant find anything like it. could anyone help? ive used thrush cream etc it helped a tiny bit

it doesnt itch though? could it be scar tissue?
